This scholarship fund has been established by the Clan Gunn Society of North America for the purpose of supporting and advancing the educational-related activities of our members. Scholarship funds will be granted to individuals furthering their formal education and will be awarded as determined by the Clan Gunn Society Scholarship Committee. Priority will be given to those applicants whose study is related to Scottish culture, history, and/or industry. The monies raised for scholarship purposes are deposited in a Scholarship Trust Fund.
As our Organization is a 501(c)(3), a donation may be tax-deductible, and we encourage you to check with your CPA or tax advisor as it applies to your filings.
Application Requirements:
• Must be a current member of the Clan Gunn Society of North America or a family member
• Must submit a completed application to the Scholarship Fund Committee
• Must submit evidence of accepted enrollment in an educational institution for undergraduate or graduate study or accepted enrollment in a course of study for dance, voice, instrumental music, athletics, etc., which enriches and enhances Scottish culture.
